Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to complain about your hotel which we stayed in the last 10 days.
We booked for one week and we stayed just for one night because the room was too dirty. Firstly we found a dead rat and worms behind the door.Secondly the bed was broken and we slept on the floor so we got backache.Finally the staff were too lazy and we waited 40 minutes for food.
I would like compensation for my wasted time.
