Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to complain about you are hotel which I stayed in with my family .
We booked an-ensuite family room but the beds were very uncomfortable .In addition the food was very horrible and,some spiders in it .Finaly the room very cold
and,very unclean.
I would like a full refund bacouse the hotel was not good and, all of the information given to us was wrong
